The best muesli in the world |
350g Traditional Oats
100g Flaked Almonds
50g Coconut flaked
50g Walnuts
30g Seeds (you can use Sunflower, Chia or Sesame Seeds)
180g Honey
6 Tablespoons of Oil
100g dried Fruits
- Mix all the ingredients (except the fruit) in a bowl and spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
- Roast for about 20 minutes and toss and turn every 5 minutes. That makes the muesli really crunchy and this way it also does not burn.
- Once golden brown, take it out of the oven and mix with the fruits.
- Store in an airtight container.
